The Manufacturing Process


COMPONENTS-plus inventories a large variety of sheet goods to accommodate your needs. From a variety of melamine colors to high-quality veneer products, if we don’t have it, we can get it!
	Raw Material

	If your project requires laminated doors or finished exteriors, COMPONENTS-plus can fulfill your needs. We have vendors for all major manufacturers of laminate. We only use the finest cold press glues…never contact cement.
Laminating Station

Direct from your order, utilizing advanced software, each production run is sent to our CNC controlled saw. Advanced technology assures each component is cut to strict tolerances. Additionally, each part cut is labeled for identification and further manufacturing.
	Panel Saw

	Based on your specifications, all of your components are edgebanded as required. Our CNC controlled edgebander is capable of applying edges in a multitude of thicknesses and profiles. Labels produced at the saw ensure that components are edged correctly.
Edge Bander

Utilizing the most advanced machinery and software available, components requiring machining go to our state of the art point to point machine. Consistency and accuracy are essential here.
	Loading the Point-to-Point CNC machine

	In conjunction with our point to point machine, COMPONENTS-plus utilizes a state of the art CNC end boring and dowel inserter. Programmed to match to strict tolerances of our point to point machine, dowels are located to ensure flush alignment of all components.

Components assembled in our factory receive the same attention to detail as every other aspect of the manufacturing process. COMPONENTS-plus utilizes three case clamps to perfectly align and square each cabinet.

	Whether its pallets of components going cross-country, crates going overseas, or assembled cabinets going across town, every order is carefully inspected, packaged and loaded to ensure total customer satisfaction.
